Slayer se junta ao Iron Maiden, Slipknot e Mötley Crüe para megaedição do Aftershock

Após anunciar seu retorno aos palcos para apresentação no festival Louder Than Life, o Slayer traz mais uma boa notícia para seus fãs e acaba de confirmar sua participação no Aftershock, sendo o único show da banda na Costa Oeste dos EUA em 2024.

O grupo se junta a nomes de peso, literalmente, como Iron Maiden, Slipknot e Mötley Crüe como mais um headliners do megafestival de quatro dias que acontece no Discovery Park em Sacramento, no estado da Califórnia, entre os dias 10 e 13 de outubro.

O evento conta com uma lista de mais de 130 bandas e artistas, que serão distribuídas em cinco palcos. Além dos nomes citados anteriormente, ganham destaque também grupos como Pantera, Five Finger Death Punch, Judas Priest, Disturbed, Evanescence, Breaking Benjamin, Staind, Falling in Reverse, Till Lindemann, Rise Against, Halestorm e Seether, que também ganham espaço de destaque no festival.

Segundo o promotor do evento Danny Wimmer, da promotora DWP, esta é a maior programação do Aftershock que a empresa já organizou, além de ser o maior festival de rock e metal já realizado na Califórnia, e alerta: “prepare-se Sacramento”.
